Scope

These terms govern all purchases made through this shop, operated bySARULS BOL TRADING EOOD, 68 Rayko Daskalov Street, floor 2, office 8, 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria (UIC 208275349) — "deluclo", "we".

Prices & payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT where applicable. Orders shipped across borders may attract import duties or local VAT on arrival, borne by the customer. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

Shipping

We ship to Switzerland and selected European countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout; shipping is free for orders over CHF 150 within Switzerland.

Returns

A voluntary 30-day return right applies as described on the Returns page. Statutory warranty rights for defective goods remain unaffected.

Product imagery

Product and campaign imagery may differ in minor details from the physical garment. Fabric, weight, and fit specifications on each product page are authoritative.

Applicable law

Bulgarian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and your right to bring proceedings there, remain unaffected.
