What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email, shipping address, and order contents. Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

What we use it for

Fulfilling your order, handling returns and exchanges, and (only if you opt in) sending you email updates about drops. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies & local storage

The shop stores your cart in your browser's local storage. No third-party advertising cookies are set by this site.

Processors

Stripe (payments), our hosting provider (site delivery), and our shipping carrier (delivery). Each receives only the data needed for its role.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via the contact address on the imprint page.

Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) or the data protection authority in your country.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as required by applicable commercial and tax law (generally 10 years), then deleted.
